Sustainability and Citizen Science Specialist

Sònia has a degree in Human Geography from the University of Barcelona (UB), studied at the University of Middlesex and has a Master’s degree in Museography and Heritage Management (UB), and a Postgraduate in International Cultural Cooperation (UdG).

She has experience in consultancy projects in the field of sustainability and mobility. She has also worked in the environmental communication sector, generating informative materials in different formats.

Sònia is interested in the development of friendly, sustainable and human-scale environments and cities, and in inclusive urbanism and territory through creative and innovative approaches. She also likes to be aware of artistic trends and new languages aimed at changing views and breaking stereotypes. At Science For Change she brings her knowledge and enthusiasm to develop transversal projects for a more sustainable and balanced society based on citizen science, among them CERBERUS and HOOP.
