Sofía has worked for more than 10 years in large engineering multinationals and in the Technology Centre of Catalonia, as a financial manager in international projects, specializing in R&D projects. She has extensive experience in the management, coordination, justification, auditing  and results explotation of projects financed through public and private national programs (RIS3CAT, PECT, CDTI, Torres Quevedo, AGAUR, etc) and European (H2020, FP7, Clean Sky, Erasmus+, EIT Health, Life, etc.),

With her innovative vision, Sofía controls the numbers and the administrative, labour and legal issues of Science for Change, she helps to define internal procedures and is in charge of the development of the business units and the commercial area.
